Team Heat/Cool

Team Heat/Cool is a financial assistance matching program. If you make a partial or full payment on your utility bill, you may qualify for up to $75 in matching funds.

Requirements:

As part of this program you must complete a financial education course. We recommend the Khan Academy which provides a free course on budgeting. Click here to complete the course.
Proof of income for the last 30 days such as W2, pay stub, SSI printout, TANF, child support, disability and any other cash income
Proof of address
Photo ID
Utility bill you are requesting help with
Proof of payment (even if it is only a partial payment) on most recent utility bill. Receipt must show your name, address, and account number.
