COVID-19 Financial Assistance
The St. Vincent de Paul Society of St. Joseph County provides rent and utility assistance to residents who have been financially impacted by COVID-19.
Eligibility Requirements:

Proof of direct impact by COVID-19

At or below the income level based on the eligibility chart

Proof of residency in St. Joseph County, Indiana
Additional Documentation Required:

Pay stub
-
Medical insurance card
-
Food Stamp card; or
-
Self-declaration of gross family income and household size of all household residents age 18 years or older

Proof of residence in St. Joseph County, Indiana

Government issued ID
-
Utility bill, lease, or other bill with your name and current address

Documentation of loss of income due to COVID-19 and after April 1, 2020 (one of the following):

Separation letter, or

Unemployment statement, or

Two pay stubs, one before and one after reduction in hours
