Financial Assistance

St. Vincent's provides emergency financial assistance to individuals and families suffering financial hardship. These services are currently available for residents of St. Joseph County.

A staff member meets with the person in need to determine need and to help make a plan to address that need. Once determined, SVdP is able to offer rent and utility assistance.

Sign-up days for Rent and Utilities Assistance have been taken virtual due to Covid-19.  Phone requests for financial assistance will be taken every other Monday, beginning at 9am by calling 574-234-6000 x2.  The next date to sign up is June 29, 2020.

You will be asked to leave a message and your phone call will be returned to schedule a virtual appointment.  Please answer all blocked calls until you hear from us.
