Team Heat/Cool
Team Heat/Cool is a financial assistance MATCHING program. If you make a partial or full payment on your gas, water or electric bill, you may qualify for matching funds.
The application is now open through March contingent on funding.

Please read ALL requirements before applying. If you have not made a payment towards your bill in DECEMBER, DO NOT APPLY. YOU WILL NOT BE ELEGIBLE. You MUST have made a payment toward your bill to receive matching funds.
Requirements:

Proof of income for the last 30 days for anyone in the household 18 or older (we
accept W2, pay stub, SSI printout, TANF, child support, disability and any other cash income). -
Proof of address (this program is only for St. Joe County residents).

Photo ID of the person on the bill.

Utility bill you are requesting help with (your bill must be in your name and current)

Proof of payment (even if it is only a partial payment) on the MOST RECENT utility bill. Receipt must show your name, address, and account number.
