Clothing & Household Goods Vouchers
The St. Vincent de Paul Society partners with Goodwill Industries of Michiana to provide clothing and household goods assistance to individuals and families in St. Joseph County, Indiana.
How to get vouchers
If you are a resident of St. Joseph County, IN and need help with clothing or household goods vouchers, you can fill out a voucher application online. Documents are required to apply (see below for more information).

Our team will review your application, and you will receive a second email that either APPROVES or DENIES your application. Please allow 7 business days to process applications.

If you are approved for certificates, you must pick them up within 30 days at the SVDP Center, 520 Crescent Avenue, South Bend, IN 46617 on Tuesday or Thursday from 10am -1pm. If you are unable to pick up vouchers within the month and do not communicate that to SVDP, you will not have the possibility of applying again until after 6 months from your approval date.

Proof of address, photo ID, and birth certificates or social security cards are required for each family member receiving certificates​

Vouchers are distributed as program demand allows
No computer?
If you do not have a computer, go to any branch of your South Bend Public Library to access one. If you have trouble uploading your documents, ask a librarian to make a tech appointment.
